How we handle your details.

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, company, phone number, your interest area and the message itself. We also record a one-way fingerprint of your network address, which we use only to stop the form being flooded. We do not place advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

We use your details for one purpose: to read and reply to your enquiry. We do not share them with anyone outside the studio, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Enquiries are deleted automatically 180 days after they reach us, so we hold your details while we are working on a conversation and no longer. The anti-spam fingerprint is cleared within a day. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time by writing to hello@orvynstudios.com.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time and never charge for a simple request.
